As an Administrative Assistant III, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The Administrative Assistant Ill is designated as team lead and is responsible for customer interaction and establishing networking relationships with all departments within customer organization
The AA Ill will provide additional digitization and administrative assistance to sub teams supporting this office on an as needed basis. This may include helping to acclimate new personnel, setting up accounts and initial tasks to include introductions to their new team and management
The AA will provide feedback and guidance for any questions from team members regarding document categorization. As team lead, is responsible for process efficiency to discover better and faster process improvements, potential increases in workforce, and upgrading equipment
Works under broad supervision, coaches, mentors, and develops less experienced contractor administrators. Strives to anticipate customer needs and provide exceptional customer service verbally and in writing. (Customer Service phone line and emails)
Routes requirements, requests, correspondence and cables to the appropriate people/office. Serves as a role model in anticipating customer needs and providing exceptional customer service. Submits accurate component statistics on a monthly and ad-hoc basis to the customer
Interacts with and supports other mission security analysts and security support personnel. Manages workload effectively to meet the productivity and quality standards set by the sponsor. Responsible for tracking records and scanning records or files
Needs to be able to retrieve files from tall & short shelving units: requires the AA to move stacks of paperwork, and boxes weighing about 20 lbs., so some level of physical ability is required. Position is full time at 1,860 hours annually
Occasional travel of approximately 10 to 15 miles to other customer or contractor buildings as necessary in the WMA via POV or GOV as available.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
HS Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
Overtime may become available if approved through appropriate channels. AA may vary start and end times as long as they are here throughout core hours of 0900-1500
Candidate must be able to operate in a team environment as well as successfully work on their own
