Job Description

GDIT is seeking a Program Manager, Product Support Integrator (PSI) for Robins AFB, GA.

The PSI Program Manager (PM) provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of an integrated and responsive operations and sustainment program in support of the US Air Force’s GEOINT, SIGINT, and Multi-INT ACAT programs. The PM serves as the Government’s primary POC. The PM is required to provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the TO, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall TO performance. The PM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the TO, to include both technical issues and businesses processes. The PM will be proactive in alerting the Government to potential issues and resource limitation issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Project Management Institute (PMI), Program Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification and/or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification. Proposed PM must include certification and/or certification number
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI)
  • DCGS experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in one of the following fields of study: Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Minimum of ten years’ experience providing DoD project management managing a cross-functional team of professionals in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with overseeing and implementing large-scale DoD ISR programs and initiatives
  • Minimum of five years’ experience working with DoD intelligence programs
  • Five or more years of program management experience in R&D or rapid acquisition development projects
  • Five years of experience leading a team utilizing Agile Software Development methodologies
  • Experience with SOFA requirements, regulations, and processes
