GDIT is seeking an Project Coordinator to help support an exciting new Cloud Service Offering contract, Defense Enterprise Office Solutions (DEOS), in Fort Meade, MD. This position will require the employee to report onsite at least 3-4 days a week. 
 

NOTE: This position is contingent upon contract funding and tasking.

The Project Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provides back-office support for projects as directed by Project Manager. 

  • Coordinates the collection and distribution of documents developed during a project. 

  • Manages a SharePoint repository for the collection of documents related to a defined project 

  • Assists in the preparation of management plans and reports.

  • Coordinates schedules to facilitate completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order review, briefings/presentations, and In Process Review preparation.

  • Performs analysis, development, and review of program administrative operating procedures.    

Required Qualifications: 

  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance  

  • Diploma / GED and Proven experience in Computer Science or an Engineering / Scientific Discipline

  • 6 years experience

  • 2 years Project coordination experience within Cloud Service Offering project (I.e. SaaS, O365, M365, Azure, AWS) 

  • Able to report onsite as indicated above
