GDIT is seeking a Microsoft Office 365 Tenant Administrator to help provide Cloud Service Offering on an exciting new contract, Defense Enterprise Office Solutions (DEOS). This is a full-time remote position.
GDIT requires a tenant administrator with extensive experience performing day-to-day operational sustainment of a large-scale Microsoft Office 365 deployment. The administrator will help analyze requirements and identify appropriate technical solutions to enforce Department of Defense policies and desired outcomes across dozens of tenants. The candidate will be tasked with enabling secure collaboration capabilities across the Department of Defense, including dozens of tenants. To facilitate this effort, the candidate should have extensive experience implementing technical controls across the various O365 admin centers, including all of the following:
Azure Active Directory
Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Security & Compliance Center
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Familiar with DevSecOps approaches and automation of tenant configurations using PowerShell, REST API, etc.
Familiar with online collaboration on configuration changes using a distributed revision control system (I.e. Git).
Automated deployment and monitoring of all baseline tenant configurations across multiple tenants will be required.
Knowledge of mobile device management platforms is a plus.
Responsible for the design and development of new software products.
Provides guidance and leadership to the development team on designing complex software systems.
Acts as a high-level technical expert and addresses issues relating to systems integration and compatibility.
Works with project managers, developers, and end users to ensure application designs meet business requirements.
Active DoD Secret clearance
DoD IAT Level II Certification
BA/BS Degree OR equivalent experience in lieu of education
15 years of experience
3+ years managing Office 365 services in a large-scale environment
Experience with commercial cloud services
Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Experience with AWS, Azure and/or GCP
Experience with Agile software development
The likely salary range for this position is $124,301 - $186,451, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
