Video Team Lead
Manages the staff and activities of analysis, administration, and maintenance of Video Tele Conferencing (VTC) and video collaboration telecommunications systems. Responsible for the employment, training, motivation and evaluation of assigned staff. May lead planning and policy development.
Manages Video telecommunications professionals directly or through subordinate managers/supervisors/
Leads and advises the development of policies and procedures to ensure their conformance with the departments goals and company/customer objectives.
Leads the operations of Video telecommunications systems and services of vendors to meet performance requirements.
Provides thought leadership regarding Video telecommunication systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate.
Utilizes expert knowledge to develop strategic plans for mobility and installation of telecommunications equipment.
Oversees the process to effectively and economically troubleshooting Video telecommunications systems and equipment.
Designs and develop the end-user training of Video telecommunications features and functionality.
Advises subordinate managers on the development and execution of end-user training.
SCOPE: Manages or supervises a medium to large team or department of multiple disciplines. Medium to High complexity.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
