Coordinates and monitors the scrum process from initiation through delivery

in support of CVN Ship Controls software development projects:

  • Plan Scrum Projects
  • Develop the Product Vision
  • Develop the Product Roadmap
  • Develop Release Plans
  • Create Epics
  • Perform Sprint Planning and Monitoring
  • Develop Release Deliverables
  • Perform Risk Management

Required Qualifications: 
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or a Cyber Security related degree from an ABET accredited program. 


Experience programming in an Agile environment 
Experience with .NET Framework
Experience with software verification testing and test procedure development
One (1) year of professional experience maintaining and configuring various operating systems such as Windows, Linux, VxWorks, or other Embedded Operating Systems
One (1) year of professional experience with cyber controls such as intrusion detection systems, intrusion prevention system, firewall configurations, and access control lists 
One (1) year of professional experience developing and/or maintaining new and/or existing cyber security requirements
Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
Ability to work with and lead a team
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

Desired:
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and above
Certified Scrum Master

Experience with IT infrastructure, networks, and/or network security
Professional experience using vulnerability analysis tools

Must have active secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain clearance.
