We are GDIT. The people supporting and securing some of the most complex government, defense, and intelligence projects across the country. We ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work has meaning and impact on the world around us, but also on us, and that is important. GDIT is your place. You make it your own by embracing autonomy, seizing opportunity, and being trusted to deliver your best every day. We think. We act. We deliver. There is no challenge we can’t turn into opportunity. And our work depends on a Problem Management Lead joining our team to support our government client’s activities in the Northern Virginia locations.
At GDIT, people are our differentiator. The Problem Management Lead candidate will have a deep understanding of ITIL frameworks v3 and/or v4 and experience supporting the design, deployment, and operation of IT infrastructure-based processes. The Lead will support the deployment of process and procedures working in a multi-supplier environment for our government clients in the DC Metro Area. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset in Problem Management, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS or equivalent, 10+ years of experience.
Because of the sensitive nature of the work being done for this government client, all candidates must hold a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
