General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Senior Earned Value Management (EVM) Scheduler.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess an advanced knowledge of EVM, industry standards (EIA 748 current version), and scheduling using Microsoft Project.
The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Perform schedule planning, development, maintenance, analysis, and reporting for multiple projects and/or proposals
Be experienced in developing proposal WBS/IMP/IMS
Resource–load and level Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Have hands-on experience preparing and maintaining EVM/Scheduling artifacts such as: Control Account Plans (CAP), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS), Basis of Estimates (BOE), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Authorization Documents (WAD)
Prepare the IMS for and conduct Schedule Risk Assessments using an automated Risk Tool
Understand Agile development methodologies and how to model them in a project schedule
Be an advanced level user of Deltek, COBRA, wInsight, and Microsoft Project.
Have experience in preparing for and participating in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR)
Ensure Scheduling best practices and industry standards are being followed
Conduct internal EVM surveillances
Develop weekly and monthly status and analysis reports including but not limited to critical path analysis, variance analysis, trending analysis, and major milestone reporting for program stakeholders
The ideal candidate will:

Possess excellent communication skills
Possess an advanced level of understanding of EVM, Project Scheduling industry standards, and best practices
Be an advanced level user of MS Project 2016, COBRA, and wInsight
Have experience with WBS/IMP/IMS, EVM, resource loaded schedules, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), and critical path analysis
PMP certification is desired
PMI-SP certification is desired
Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years
