We are looking for a reliable Manager of Quality Assurance to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues and ensuring that the program and the team is following all the line items from the SOW, PMP, QASP etc.
The goal is to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our business. In general, these detail-oriented professionals are responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes. Certificate in quality assurance is a plus. Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain QASP
  • Track, Monitor, and Develop reports for various stage gates and AQL
  • Conduct frequent internal audits to make sure the team is following all the processes defined in the SOW and the Program Management Plan.
  • Develop monthly reports for all the releases and deliverables.
  • Develop the templates for all the deliverables.
  • Devising procedures to inspect and report quality assurance issues
  • Monitoring all operations that affect quality
  • Supervising and guiding project team leads and staff
  • Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
  • Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
  • Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
  • Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
  • Review current standards and policies
  • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
  • Ensure all regulatory standards are met
  • Represent the program for the external audits by gathering all the information and presenting them
  • Identify and document gaps in the program processes and propose a mitigation plan

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Over 10 years of experience managing quality assurance for a large program or portfolio
  • A BA/BS degree (computer science/systems, information systems/technology, engineering/engineering technology/business)
  • Have an existing or the ability to obtain a clearance
  • Good understanding of the HHS EPLC process
  • Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
  • Great attention to detail and a result driven approach
  • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
  • Outstanding communication skills
