We are seeking a Dashboard Reporting and Data Analysist to support our work on a government account located at the customer site in Washington D.C. This is a full-time position for a Junior Analyst, who will support the client with reporting, analysis, and completing Quality Assurance packages.


  • Support generation of monthly and weekly reports for EASB team use.
  • Conducts on-going improvements/fixes when running weekly and monthly reports on Intake Requests, Change Requests, and Application Requests.
  • Support data analysis tools for Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process reporting, including dashboard capabilities for statistics.
  • Reviews and updates internal process documents.
  • Verifies checklist completeness and prepares Quality Assurance (QA) close-out packages.
  • Compiles information and updates biweekly reports on projects completed for external/internal use.
  • Performs general data analysis, input, and reporting actions.


  • Dashboard Tool Experience
  • Data analysis
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
  • Knowledge of the SDLC development life-cycle process
  • Communications: written, verbal, and message
  • Quality Assurance Process and Deliverables

Certifications Desired:

  • Bachelors Degree

Required Education/Experience:

  • All applicants must have one (1) year of specialized experience. Specialized experience is directly related to the duties and responsibilities of this position
  • Demonstrated experience employing data analytics to solve novel problems and expertly researching and analyzing issues
