The Federal Civilian Pricing Team is seeking an experienced Pricer to join our team, and become an integral part of a capture teams that are developing winning proposals. You will engage in all phases of the Pricing proposal, including developing pricing models for submission to the government, as well as internal analysis, and working with Capture team to develop winning proposals. To accomplish the will need to partner with a wide range of individuals, including:
Capture Managers – who are responsible for entire proposal submission
Solution Architects and Technical Estimators -- who are developing Levels of Effort.
Proposal Managers – who ensure proposals are published in a compliant and winning manner.
Price to Win Analysts – assist in developing Pricing Targets for winning business.
Reviews requests for proposals to identify and assist the proposal team in developing proposals, pricing, and business solutions for customers. Understands and implements all internal cost estimating policies. Analyzes price, cost, and profitability of proposed pricing to determine acceptability and briefs management on these items. Develop Pricing Models and Pricing Proposals. Good understanding of all financial performance metrics used in analyzing bids. Good research skills for determining market and competitor pricing data. Creates pricing strategies and monitors the implementation of those strategies on proposals. Assists in determines price targets and performs complicated and uncertain risk/reward trade-off analysis to determine pricing tactics. Provide managerial briefings and often must persuade senior management on recommended courses-of-action. Good understanding of our IT services and can assist in solving cross functional proposal problems. Works with internal organization to determine anticipated labor and overhead rates, material requirements, equipment costs, and possible bid strategies. Analyzes estimates against previous cost experience and recommends adjustments.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience)
8+ years’ related work experience In Pricing or Government Finance
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Self-starter with excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
Even better if you have:
An advanced degree in a related field
Any related certifications
