Responsible for turning requirements into solutions on a large, Enterprise Cross Domain Service (ECDS) system.
Designs and develops mockups, storyboards, maps, and tasks for the Requirements Plan.
Prepare and deliver software or system demonstrations.
Create solutions and improvements for mission or customer on-boarding.
Manage transition strategies and other enterprise integration efforts.
Determine performance impacts of change, removal, or addition of new systems, solutions and/or capabilities.
Develop methods for both automated and manual testing.
Create, document, and maintain software development standards.
Assist in creating both positive and negative risk strategies.
Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and orders.
CLEARANCE: TS/SCI and willing to take a CI polygraph
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS or equivalent, 10+ years of experience
