Active Directory Administration, DHCP and DNS management
Group Policy Object creation, modification, and troubleshooting
Hyper-V/Failover cluster administration and management
Document/organize/secure shared file systems
Implement STIGs and ensure compliance
Familiarity with STIG viewer and SCAP tools
Vulnerability management using ACAS
IIS installation, configuration, security, and support for in-house web applications
Backup support using CommVault
Remote desktop farm support (upgrade to Server 2016 in progress)
Remote app support (upgrade to Server 2016 in progress)
Systems administration for LogRhythm SIEM and SolarWinds NPM
Assist with SAN configuration and management
Produce and maintain standard operating procedures and other system configuration documentation.
Occasional Citrix support for classified application Tier 2 support
Provide general technical consultation/advice in meetings to leadership and team members, as required.
Create and submit procurement packages
Liaison with partners, such as vendors, DISA, developers, DBAs, Analysts, service desk for Tier 2 support
