General Dynamic Information Technology (GDIT) is hiring Comply to Connect (C2C) Systems and Network Administrators, in Fort Meade, MD.  Your primary responsibilities include supporting C2C operations, maintenance, sustainment, and expansion of the C2C capability in the following phases: Product Acceptance, Site Acceptance, and Sustainment Testing. 

Responsibilities:

· Operate, maintain, sustain, and expand a C2C centrally managed capability that leverages the ForeScout CounterACT appliance(s).

· Engineer, design, implementation, integration, and sustainment support required to migrate and/or deploy, improve, and maintain service. 

· Manage and maintain the appliances, applications, servers, and supporting infrastructure on the unclassified and classified environments. 

· Submit and maintain a complete engineering solution C2C Engineering Documentation Package.

· Provide engineering support for C2C Virtual Server design, implementation, and C2C application issues. 

· Troubleshoot and resolve Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) issues. 

· Remediate IA/security issues and supporting infrastructure and enterprise-level unclassified/classified network environment issues. 

· Support prototyping and testing for upgrades/updates, as well as new/updated cyber policy deployment, break fixes, or patching to mitigate known vulnerabilities. 

· Evaluate future systems requirements and/or enhancements for interoperability, security compliance, and functionality. 

· Document procedures and maintain repository for C2C Engineering documentation. 

· Provide engineering support services to develop and update the ISCP (to include implementation, testing, and validation support), COOP validation, and supporting reconstitution activities (DRP/COOP) and exercises (COOP). ISCP updates shall be delivered annually and provide a systematic approach and techniques for contingencies. 

· Conduct Facility Assessments.

· Integrate the NAC solution with network timing source for time synchronization and integrate on-site interfaces for receipt and delivery of compliance and remediation activities/tasks.

Senior Required Qualifications:       

· Active Top Secret clearance is required.

· A combination of 5 or more years of experience.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

· Expertise in DoD enterprise architectures, networks, frameworks, systems, processes, and data requirements. · Experience in vendor agnostic C2C capabilities and services, open source components and trends, DoD integration and networks, and DoD engineering and sustainment procedures and processes in order to deliver real time C2C enterprise-level expertise to the customer base.

· Must possess ForeScout Systems Engineer certification or willing to complete certification within next couple months.

Intermediate Required Qualifications:       

· Active Top Secret clearance is required.

· A combination of 2 or more years of experience.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
