Candidate will be expected to correspond in a professional manner with appropriate points of contact to support the Department of Defense onboarding, accountability and off boarding process. Should have, or be able to quickly gain, working knowledge of the communitys policies, procedures and regulations required to successfully complete administrative assigned and other assigned tasks. Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to initiate and manage positive and constructive relationships with points of contact in other government agencies. Also demonstrates initiative, sound judgement, and the ability to work independently and as a team player. Candidate will be expected to provide on-the-job training to other team members with regard to internal processes, regulations and standard operating procedures. Streamline processes in pursuit of community partnership to achieve efficiencies under leadership approval. Candidate, with staff guidance and approval, will be encouraged to evaluate, propose and implement innovative administrative process for efficiency and effectiveness. Candidate must be able to articulate complex resource and technical issues and communicate (verbally and in writing) to assist in process(es) of project improvement. Candidate will correspond in a professional manner with appropriate points of contact to their corresponding mission partner. Will be expected to support a variety of internal tracking and reporting processes using calendar software and Microsoft Office to organize and prioritize tasks in the office. Coordinating and participating as a backup for other admins in the absence of other team members. Candidate will develop, organize, and maintain processes in the office for the on/offboarding of personnel. May require short training and status updates to colleagues to ensure they are aware of nuances of specific customer requirements.
