JOB SUMMARY: The United States Space Force (USSF) Enterprise Information Services (EIS) program provides EIS Operations and Maintenance support for Headquarters USSF and assigned NAFs, Centers, Wings and GSUs in the USSF SharePoint environments. This position supports approximately 31,000 end users for USSF SharePoint out-of-the-box application development, permissions, applications management, business data analysis and general application management support.
The SharePoint Administrator should have experience and knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint and is responsible for supporting both classified and unclassified SharePoint farm/site collections on a DoD network. Responsible for designing, developing, monitoring, and managing site content and capabilities as well as provide daily on-site maintenance of existing SharePoint sites. The SharePoint Administrator will participate in the testing process through test review, analysis, and team feedback. This position works closely with other team members within the SharePoint Support team on a daily basis to ensure tasks are performed correctly. This SharePoint Administrator will provide hands on support.
PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To maintain DoD hosted SIPRNET SharePoint environment
To maintain Contractor NIPRNet Laboratory/Data Center
Coordinate and plan for planned/unplanned interruption of core systems (SharePoint and TMT) for maintenance
Candidate will develop customer solutions by conducting requirements analysis and information needs; conferring with stakeholders and the team; studying workflows, data usage, and work processes
Design, develop and maintain sites and content for SharePoint Site and Server
Responsible for maintaining Site Collection/ SharePoint Online Access and other related task
Implementation of SharePoint-based workflows as well as development of dashboards.
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, layouts, and diagrams
Build proof of concept examples or visual representations of functionality
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining production environment is available 24/7
Plan for maintenance of site
Experience in remedy ticket flow from creation to close for any unplanned site maintenance
Perform CRUD operations for SharePoint
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Equivalent
5+ years of System Admin/SharePoint experience
SharePoint application service experience
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint design and administration
Understanding of Department of Defense standards
CERTIFICATION:
ITIL v3 Foundation Certification preferred
DoD 8750 IAT Level II Certifications (ie: Security+CE)
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
Active Secret Clearance

The likely salary range for this position is $69,600 - $104,400. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
