Responsible for leading and managing a team of subject matter experts in Software Programming Support, SharePoint Administration Support, Network and System Administration Support, Hardware Engineering Support, Database Engineering Support, Mission Operations Support, and Information Assurance Support.
Software Programming Support:
Develop and sustain software programs/tools/databases in support of ISR/cyber operations to include recommendations of program language code, code vulnerability mitigation, hot fixes, and patching.
Develop and maintain an integration roadmap and version control for each assigned program/tool.
Ensure all code is developed and maintained in compliance with DoD/USAF accreditation standards and requirements.
SharePoint Administration Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint problems, administer SharePoint pages, and design SharePoint sites based off unit requirements. Contractor shall maintain SharePoint environment, recommend improvements, and implement changes to 625 OC collaborative SharePoint environments.
Provide technical expertise in reference to the required hardware, software, databases, and web services required by SharePoint environments.
Network and System Administration Support:
Provide computer desktop administration support to mission system workstations
Hardware Engineering Support
Troubleshoot mission critical C2 devices, radios, network devices, antennas, databases, web services such as SharePoint, and servers.
Database Engineering Support
Create and test backups of data, provide data cleansing services, verify data integrity, implement access controls.
Assist developers of data exposure services with engagement of the database.
Mission Operations Support
Respond to near-real time network events, providing reporting and troubleshooting abilities.
Information Assurance Support
Review and develop information systems security policies and reports to address areas of information system security concerns. Ensure Information Assurance (IA) requirements are incorporated in system development and sustainment activities. Provide SME support in all areas of information system security, including physical, administrative, personnel, computer, operations, and industrial security. Provide written security documentation and reports. Contractor shall be a SME in the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
BA/BS (or equivalent experience) and 10+ years of experience.
Recommended Certifications: CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Network+ or equivalent
Desired experience in:
Security+ LINUX+, VMWARE Certified Professional 6 (VCP6- NV), VMWARE Certified Professional 6, - Desktop and Mobility (VCP6-DCV), VMWARE Certified Professional 6 - Cloud, Management and Automation (VCP6-DTM)
