Identifies areas of improvement in process, people or technology and presents implementation plan to management
Oversees development and documentations of system disaster recovery tests, in accordance with customer policy, on a quarterly basis to ensure data integrity and availability
Provides technical guidance and support to engineers and administrators
Coordinates daily with Federal staff on technical issues, tasks and projects
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, evaluates alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for total systems
