Job Description

Primary Duties:

  • Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $25M and above
  • Supports the IBD-SS PMO to successfully manage the cost, schedule, and performance of the contract
  • Performs a variety of program management activities that include, but are not limited to, subcontract management and material purchases; personnel management and accountability; requesting, monitoring, and reporting travel, labor hours, costs, and ODCs tracking; billing and invoicing; preparing, tracking, and disseminating contract deliverables
  • Manages plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual requirements for the IBD-SS program
  • Manages program to define staffing plans and IBD-SS resource requirements
  • Monitors subcontractor teammate performance
  • Oversees Quality and Risk Management
  • Attends customer meetings and serves the IBD-SS as needed in support of the customer’s requirements
  • Monitors development of contract deliverables
  • Provides expert recommendations to the Program Manager for programmatic requirements and ensures compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures
  • Consistently displays comprehensive knowledge of all program support requirements

Desired Qualifications:

  • Expert understanding of Cost Plus and Firm Fixed Price, multiple CLIN structure contracts
  • Experience in a rapid paced, time sensitive, high quality environment
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills along with expert customer service
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments, and manage time effectively including attention to detail
  • Expertise using Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Import/Export (ITAR/EXIM) compliance experience
  • Experience with contractor in and out processing requirements for the CONUS Replacement Center (CRC)
  • Experience with Department of Defense (DoD)/Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of military programs and resources for Army systems
  • Experience with International Assignments; including SOFA, TESA, DOCPERS, DoDDS, GCC Sponsorship, IALs, SPOT, and DoS OCONUS uplifts
  • Strong understanding of Corporate Cost Centers
  • Experience with sub-contractor time-keeping and invoicing
  • PMP certification is desirable

Education Required:

  • BA/BS with 8-12 years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of the degree. (15  total years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree)

Security Clearance:

  • Must have an active and current US Secret security clearance
