Job Description

Analytic Tradecraft Compliance Specialist

We are GDIT. We provide solutions and deliver actionable intelligence to analysts, warfighters, policymakers and more.

Our work depends on an Analytic Tradecraft Compliance Specialist joining our team to support a range of mentorship and analytic tradecraft improvement services to improve the quality and customer focus of all source intelligence production.

HOW AN ANALYTIC TRADECRAFT COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Experience evaluating a sampling of finished intelligence products/cyber intelligence products.
  • Develops metrics, presents findings, and offers recommendation for improvement.
  • Develops and implements self-assessment measures to minimize subjective variations in data collected.
  • Identifies significant strengths, weaknesses, trends, gaps and other notable features of analytic tradecraft in the intelligence production evaluated.
  • Experience reviewing and providing feedback to analysts and/or analytic managers on draft intelligence products to improve analytic quality, customer impact, and adherence to tradecraft best practices.
  • Evaluates intelligence products for the application of IC Analytic Tradecraft Standards and compliance with the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 series.
  • Support the development and delivery of tradecraft evaluation training and assists in the development of tradecraft policy and analytic guidance.
  • Knowledge of tools and systems involved in the authorship of all source intelligence.  
  • Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directives pertaining to collection and disseminated all source intelligence analysis.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • TS/SCI
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years’ relevant experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in an official member agency of the Intelligence Community
  • Familiarity with and experience applying Intelligence Community Directives pertaining to disseminating all source intelligence products
  • Location: Customer Site
  • US Citizenship Required
