As an Administrative Assistant III, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The Administrative Assistant selected for this position will play a key role in supporting office's mission and the overall mission of the sponsor to enhance diversity across the enterprise
They will be expected to support the division and deputy division leadership with tracking the unit's spending, closing out vouchers, facilitating communication with hiring divisions, completing administrative tasks, including maintaining and updating business calendars, and supporting the office's outreach events by communicating and working with the respective program managers and various entities to ensure timely delivery of needed materials
In addition, the selected individual should be a team player who is comfortable interacting with staff and other contractors, regional recruiters, and division-level management to collect updates on office priorities and editing those inputs into a cohesive power point presentations and with some draft talking points
As a result, this candidate will be expected to have experience working in a professional environment, strong verbal and written skills, and a commitment to fostering greater diversity and inclusion at the sponsor organization
Periodic domestic travel opportunities will potentially be available.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
HS Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
The office's work hours are flexible, but each officer is expected to complete a minimum of 80 hours per twoweek pay period and work during core business hours of 10 am and 4pm Monday thru Friday
Candidate must be able to operate in a team environment as well as successfully work on their own
