The GDIT Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization is seeking an operations analyst.   GDIT SCM acquires goods and services on behalf of the company, develops supply chain strategy, builds strategic supplier relationships, manages supplier risk, and influences the downstream lifecycle.  SCM operations provides foundational support across the organization including policy development, communications, training, compliance, and process optimization.

Candidate must have acquisition experience in a Government contracting environment.   The successful candidate will join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and should be able to support multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Required capabilities include:

  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of Government acquisition environment and regulatory requirements
  • Problem-identification and solution development skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experienced in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Superior customer service related skills
  • Ability to meet timelines and schedule milestones

Minimum Requirements:

  • Corporate supply chain management experience (Government contractor preferred); 4+ years
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience of systems, tools and related technology supporting acquisition functions; including but not limited to Microsoft Office
