Perform the management of software licenses and ensure that the Activity is not in violation of software licensing agreements.
Track the installation and location of all above baseline software.
Document network configuration changes, in existing government provided database. Changes can occur as often as two to three times per week, or as seldom as once per month.
Maintain and update current log books.
Create new logbooks annually or as needed (when full or when new equipment acquired).
Recommend to the Government, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required for new implementations on CSLA systems administration and maintain the current SOPs.
Monitor and track all IT equipment moves within the activity, and document all moves and changes in the equipment database provide any changes to the Government Property Coordinator.
Shall maintain a database with all IT equipment location by asset tag and serial number.
