Job Description

Continuity of Operations Lead for the Defense Stockpile Management System (DSMS). Responsible for disaster recovery (DR), and system/data backup Engineer establishes and maintains COOP and DR planning across the enterprise, to include documenting, testing, and reporting for all activities. Identify and remain current on federal guidelines and requirements for COOP, DR and backup requirements and regulations. Coordinate with across all teams (database, enterprise, network, virtual, cybersecurity, application) to ensure backups and backup configurations are correct and current.

  • Administering Windows Server 2012 or greater (any computing environment or vendor cert preferred)

  • Experience administering and troubleshooting enterprise backup solutions such as Cohesity, Veritas NetBackup, CommVault, or the like

  • Knowledge of high availability (HA), redundancy, and disaster recovery architectures

  • General understanding of network concepts.

  • Familiarity with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG).

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS

  • 8 or more years experience or 12 years of experience in lieu of degree

  • Top Secret Clearance
