Minimum of ten years’ experience in business continuity and/or emergency response
Possess an active Top Secret SCI clearance with understanding that position is subject to a Counter-Intelligence polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree in related area or equivalent work experience
Serves as customer(s) analyst and advisor on business continuity and contingency planning
Work closely with assigned customer(s) to determine and validate operational requirements; assists in capturing those requirements in supporting documentation
Provides strategic and operational support to include: policy and requirements analysis in development of operational concepts; writing, reviewing, and maintaining policies/standard operating procedures (SOPs)/Concepts of Operations (CONOPs)
Works closely with assigned customer(s) to develop long-range objectives and strategic plans
Provides mission planning documentation and training for assigned customer(s)
Plans and coordinates requirement reviews, monitors resource allocation, advises client and customer(s) on annual funding requests
Produces multiple administrative documents as part of contract deliverables; includes after-action reports, meeting minutes, material vouchers, etc.
Experience with command, control, and communications platforms is highly desired
Due to duty assignment location, any experience with facility management and telecommunications is also heavily weighted
Possess working knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) roles, missions, capabilities, and organizations
Experience in developing and monitoring cost, schedule, and performance plans
Possess working knowledge of, and strictly adheres to, physical, operational, and network security protocols
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be able to comfortably and professionally interact with senior government officials both verbally and in written correspondence
Position is designated mission-essential; candidate must be available for periodic recalls, flexible work hours, and extended CONUS assignments
Willingness and ability to travel (10-15%) within the Continental United States
Some tasks may require moderate physical exertion such as long periods of standing/walking and occasional lifting of moderately heavy equipment
Prior military experience in operations, strategic planning and/or telecommunications experience is a plus
