At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Program Manager supporting Biometrics Enabling Capability program, a typical day will include:

  • Manage the contractor personnel to ensure performance is in accordance with the PWS
  • Responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $50M and above

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s (Master’s degree or higher is desired)
  • Five (5) years of experience, preferably in enterprise information systems, providing oversight of large, multi-functional project teams, preferably in a systems development environment, and planning and managing complex tasks sometimes under tight budget and time constraints.
  • Demonstrated strong management and leadership; written and oral communications skills; familiarity with industry best practices; and Government contract and subcontract management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III for Program Management
  • Secret Clearance
