The Special Assistant (SA) will be responsible for managing the calendars for executive-level office leaders and their executive staff, totaling five-plus people in a fast-paced front office environment. The SA will help to prioritize, schedule or reschedule the executives' daily calendars. The SA will help to draft routine and non-routine correspondence between the office executives and other higher level sponsor I center executives for formatting and adherence to office style guides. These may include correspondence regarding the effects/implementation of changing sponsor policies, regulations, organizational structure, and component procedures. No expected travel between offices. The SA would preferably have a basic skill level with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. It is desired that the SA have prior experience with sponsor access request system, sponsor travel requests and systems, and sponsor reimbursement systems. Sponsor emphasizes the need for competence in coordinating outlook calendar.
