Seeking a Cyber Knowledge Management Lead to join our team.
Must be local to the area; Some telecommuting allowed.
• Selected candidate will be responsible for creating governance and standards across the various teams, workflows and integrated apps. • Must be able to thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have a background in leading content and information architecture strategy across an organization. • Able to develop, manage and update content on display in support of an operations center and SharePoint. • Define the content/knowledge management strategy and lead the content architecture and strategy. • Role will focus on developing, auditing, and maintaining high quality content for employees. • Work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to maintain consistency and align the content strategy with their vision. • Act as a mediator to answer the queries of the stakeholders and staff about the knowledge management products and practices. • Encourage the staff and team members to share knowledge effectively and efficiently.
Basic Qualifications Principal Cyber Knowledge Management Lead:
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years related technical experience required. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 3 years content management and/or knowledge management experience.
Active Top Secret Security Clearance required. In addition, selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated DHS background investigation for continued employment.
This position requires being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by December 8, 2021 or the start date, if after December 8.
