Manages telecommunications professionals directly or through subordinate managers/supervisors/
Leads and advises the development of policies and procedures to ensure their conformance with the departments goals and company/customer objectives.
Leads the operations of telecommunications systems and services of vendors to meet performance requirements.
Provides thought leadership regarding telecommunication systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate.
Utilizes expert knowledge to develop strategic plans for mobility and installation of telecommunications equipment.
Oversees the process to effectively and economically troubleshooting telecomm cations systems and equipment.
Designs and develop the end-user training of telecommunications features and functionality.
Advises subordinate managers on the development and execution of end-user training.
SCOPE: Manages or supervises a medium to large team or department of multiple disciplines. Medium to High complexity.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
