As a member of the JRTC Mission Support contract team providing critical mission support services to conventional forces, special operations forces and joint partner units, you will be trusted to deliver technical and training solutions at the right time to achieve critical Government training priorities.  Available positions/descriptions follow:

Program Manager

RTC, Fort Polk Program Manager is responsible for the organization, direction, coordinating planning and implementation of all contract and program support activities across 12 major performance areas.   The Program Manager is the on-sight contract manager and authorized interface with the Government COR and Government management personnel to deliver realistic advanced collective training to conventional forces, special operations forces and joint partner units. Additionally, the Program Manager is responsible for determining and monitoring program costs, manage and direct project personnel to ensure contract objectives and performance standards are met, interpret contracts, policies, and goals of the organization, Identify, acquire, and use company resources to achieve project technical and safety objectives


  • Program Manager:
    • Bachelor’s degree (subject immaterial) and graduate of CGSC/ILE (MEL 4), Preferred Master’s Degree
    • Battalion level or higher echelon command experience
    • PMP Certified or Ability to obtain certification within 24 months of starting the position
    • At least two years of project/program management experience in the Government of private sector at a comparable levels of scope and responsibility as the JRTC MS contract
    • Expert in Unit Training Management (UTM) and Army Doctrine and Training Policy
    • Associate Safety Professional certification and a Certified Safety Professional is desired.
    • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel)
