Review functional documentation for quality throughout O&M activities. Assist with the development and management of the functional documentation such as SOPs, Runbooks and user guides. Responsible for managing all activities involving quality and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Develop and implement procedures, process definition, training, and audits for assuring quality in the customer development environment. Manage technical staff and technical resources to priority needs. Lead professional development and work culture for high performing teams.
Develops and applies quality standards in accordance with customer requirements.
Develops and conducts related tests.
Responsible for day-to-day implementation of the QM program and resolution of site-specific quality issues.
Implements real time of the enterprise desired state and provide requirements for immutable state of cloud service provider (CSP) resources.
Analyzes quality data, collect and recommend quality-monitoring changes to the customer.
Maintains Work Instructions and all controlled documents.
Ensures enterprise compliance and governance, and train personnel in the quality control aspects of their function.
Recommends changes to the Quality Control Plan to the Program Manager.
Performs near real time assessment and auto remediation in a CI/CD pipeline environment.
Apply quality control principles to agile IT environments establishing and maintaining processes for evaluating deliverables and associated documentation.
Verify products and services delivered align with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) standards and Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL).
Identify Gaps of projects processes, policies and procedures and work with teams to provide innovative solutions.
Monitor quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for continued service improvement.
Desirable Experience / Certification:
Experience in AWS, Azure or other Cloud Service provider
Experience with DevOps / DevSecOps methods in support of continuous development, continuous integration environments.
Knowledge and understanding of ITIL Service Design process and procedures.
Experience working in the Agile Software Development and Testing framework
