We are looking for a Solutions Architect to support a business critical case management modernization program.  This role requires an energetic individual who wants to enhance their professional career in a fast-paced environment. The Solutions Architect will be the primary technical lead for the client, understand current and future state architecture with recommendations to change, partner with a variety of team members to educate, document and help execute integration.

• Lead/facilitate solutioning discussions with the customer and vendor
• Identify system interface requirements and develop solution to meet the requirements, including creation of technical architecture diagrams
• Ensure technical teams understand short term and long-term goals of the program and business efforts by facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
• Work with business units to understand long-term system vision and create the technical implementation strategy to ensure scalability and long-term organization growth
• Help clarify requirements and propose solutions that meet business milestones as well as directing the technical implementations
• Engage current customers to understand critical needs, socialize and vet solutions, and advise on strategies to achieve desired results
• Identify and select the best technical solutions and approaches to meet anticipated or actual requirements
• Lead solution design and the development of key artifacts including, but not limited to architectural models, process diagrams, concepts of operation, etc.
• Will jump in when necessary to help diagnose larger system issues and work with project managers to confidently complete projects on time
• Additional tasks will include helping to determine high-level and detailed estimates, creating technical workflow and other supporting documentation to help drive the implementation of large enterprise systems projects as well as helping to implement best practices around technical development and deployment

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• BA/BS degree (computer science/systems, information systems/technology, engineering/engineering technology, software)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills (both technical and non-technical)
• 15+ years of technical leadership experience (5+ proven experience developing Pega technologies)
• Experience with API Web Services (REST, SOAP)
• One Pega Certification: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA), Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA), or Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• Thorough understanding of and experience in software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methodology
• Ability to obtain a public trust clearance

The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days.  We can only accept Green Card Holders or US Citizens for this program.
