Customer Service Liaison
The Customer service liaisons is a professional who will facilitate a working relationship between clients and the Service Desk Technicians by providing excellent customer service. The Customer service liaison will foster an environment of customer advocacy within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Providing technical support when needed.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: CompTIA Security+
● Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Technically proficient in a Windows environment
● Security Clearance Level: Must be able to maintain a secret clearance
● Required Skills and Abilities: communication, problem solving, critical thinking, Customer Service
● Preferred Skills: Active Directory, ServiceNow, PowerShell, Microsoft Office
● Location: Doral, FL
