The project is looking for an experienced Agile Business Analyst with a strong testing background who can manage the relationship with the customer’s testing team. The analyst must have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as client interfacing skills and should have experience working in an dynamic environment with multiple applications and release schedules.
The position will primarily focus on managing communication with the customer’s testing team. Tasks include coordinating with external testing teams, reproducing and investigating test findings reported, collaborating with the development team to verify defects, and documenting defects in Jira or Confluence as appropriate.
The position will require strong communication skills. The analyst should be able to establish a relationship with the customer, promptly and professionally respond to incoming requests and questions, and clearly document defects in Jira/Confluence with well-written descriptions, steps, and screenshots. They should also be able to coordinate and lead meetings with the customer to support testing as needed.

Strong communication skills to bridge the understanding of issues between the technical team and client
Ability to present and explain application functionality to support testing
Strong email communication with the ability to respond promptly and professionally
Ability to build a strong relationship with internal and external team members while working remotely
BS Degree plus 10 years’ experience
Must be a US Citizen.
