As a Business Analyst / Administrator for the Customer Endpoint Bridge, you fill a key role on a program that provides 29,000 domestic and international customers with modernized, state of the art, and consolidated customer support services. Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
Develops plans, including budgets, spend plans and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
Establishes and defines program plan requirements and performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.
Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
Lead the preparation and submission of detailed invoice backup
Gather and prepare data in support of invoicing backup
Research costs to ensure they are accurate and billable per the contract
Maintain appropriate records and documentation
Collect and review data from various systems
Manipulate and analyze large sets of data in Excel
Research and respond to customer inquiries/data calls
Assist with business development activities.
Participates in special projects as required.
Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts.
REQUIRED / DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•BA/BS (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of business management / analysis experience
•Attention to detail and strong work ethic
•Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel (needs experience with Pivot Tables and Lookup Functions)
•A current Secret Clearance is required for this role;
Department of State experience preferred
