As the O&M Program Manager, you will be trusted to oversee and manage the operations and adaptive maintenance functions, such as: system and tool upgrades; capacity planning; daily processing operations and performance; troubleshooting of production problems.

  • Providing technical guidance for directing and monitoring information systems operations. Compiles records and reports concerning production, machine malfunctioning and maintenance. May advise on workflow plans, methods, and procedures analysis. Analyzes the results of monitoring the operating system(s) and recommends changes to improve processing and utilization.
  • Monitoring and responding to complex technical control facility hardware problems using a variety of hardware testing tools and techniques. Provides primary interface with vendor support service groups or provides internal analysis and support to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance.
  • Responsible for internal communications and presentations related to key performance metrics, maintenance updates and maintaining on-going equipment information.
  • Creating weekly status update reports on the O&M activities.
  • Manages the overall operation and maintenance of building, equipment, and grounds
  • Manages the maintaining of compliance with all procedures, policies, and regulations and ensures timely responses to regulatory issues and inspection findings
  • Plans facilities' organizational structure to accommodate growth and change in priorities
  • Determines needs for equipment leases, purchases, and services


  • 4-year Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • 10+ years of Program Management experience
  • This candidate provides overall program management support and management of personnel working in a technical research environment.
  • Candidate must be proficient in Government Contracting, Engineering and Design standards, and planning tools (i.e. work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, critical path analyses, PERT charts, etc.), budgeting, scheduling, and technical report development
  • Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
