And our work depends on a Change Control Manager direct a team of Change Management Analysts responsible for ensuring that standard methods and procedures are implemented for the efficient and prompt handling of all changes, in order to minimize the impact of change upon service quality.

“Roll out the enterprise change management process” using best practices across the ITIL 4 framework
Act as point of escalation for Change Management process issues
Ensure quality Change Management reports are produced and distributed
Ensure the Change Management process is followed by all stakeholders
Promote Change Management process across all involved organizations
Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and MSPs
Ensuring continuous service improvement is a pivotal element of the service
Lead and be accountable with the planning, design, implementation, and the transformation of ITSM Change Management infrastructure processes and procedures
Provide analysis and support for on-going service delivery, performance, and governance operations for Change Management
Lead evaluations and quality assessments for proper implementation of processes to meet quality standards
Facilitate TEMs and other requirement gathering work sessions
Drive continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of the Change Management process
Work as a self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
Working knowledge of the Service Management workflows and ITSM processes
Relevant experience as an ITSM Change Management Lead in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity
Good written and communications skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes
Participates in special projects as required
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
BA/BS or High School Diploma and 4 years equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in IT Support Operations.
Working knowledge of Change Management workflows, and ITSM processes
Relevant experience as a Change Management ITSM Process Lead in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity
ITIL certifications Intermediate certification and experience working within the ITIL framework
Strong Change Management background
Experience with ITSM tool sets, preferably ServiceNow
Experience driving process improvements
Proven ability to engage and partner with stakeholders across any number of business Skilled in Microsoft Office software (including MS Project) and data repository software.
Ability to work independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good planning and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, application development personnel and management functions
Ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members, as well as productively as an individual
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring all test cases, documentation, and product backlog items (PBIs) are clear, comprehensive, and auditable
Communicate effectively with various stakeholder bodies, including development team project integrators, analysts, developers, functionals / business end users, and Program Management
Assist in the reporting activities to relate significant issues, impacts, risks, and mitigating actions taken in response, as well as potential impacts to the release software development life cycle and implementation schedule
Exhibit an enthusiastic, positive attitude and work well both within a team and as an independent tester, be able to efficiently manage workload with a high level of productivity and ownership, demonstrate optimal time management and organization skills even under pressure, and have fastidious attention to detail with a voracious appetite to learn, understand, and suggest potential gaps and process improvements
