Our work depends on a 5th Generation Pilot / Program Consultant to join our team.  Drive technical and analytical support in the development of Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) capability requirements, including oversight and integration aligned to the Mission Training Center (MTC).  In this role, a typical day includes;

  • Collaborating with 5th Gen O&I SPO and Functional Area Managers in transition strategy, analysis, and planning

  • Provide advice and guidance developing simulator upgrades and program enhancements

  • Attend CAF exercise planning meetings to gain better understanding of unit training requirements

  • Provide briefings, Bullet Background Papers (BBP), Technical Reports as requested by the government

  • Facilitate DTC’s support of Combat Air Forces (CAF) DMO training, scenario development, and mission materials

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • BA/BS or 10 years experience training or certifications can be substituted in lieu of degree

  • Experience preparing and presenting briefings, BBPs, and Technical Reports

  • Knowledge of air defense systems, information operations, and associated network architectures

  • Consulting experience delivering military and defense training

  • Familiarity with mission planning and training systems for aircraft

  • Clearance: TS/SCI

Preferred:

  • Rated experience; 5th Gen experience preferred

  • Experience designing and planning assessments of DMO and combat readiness programs

  • Experience producing reports to include investigation methodology, evaluation processes, and recommendations for new LVC technologies

  • Knowledge of CAF Training Requirements
