Manages the development of data base projects. Plans and budgets staff and data base resources. Prepares and delivers presentations on data base management systems (DBMS) concepts.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business, or other related discipline with a minimum of 7 years of experience. Without a degree 8-10 years of relevant experience is required. Two thirds of the experience needs to be as a database manager supporting federal agency data warehouses, Prism and Oracle Federal Financial implementations.
