GDIT is recruiting for a Systems Engineer who will manage the operational changes to configurations of enterprise compute systems and devices such as servers, load balancers, virtual systems (VDC, servers), and management and monitoring systems. Performs patching and upgrade of computer systems and devices operating systems and configurations. Supports testing of patches, upgrades, and configuration changes. Supports development of compute services SOPs and knowledge management articles. Maintains configurations on computer systems and devices to include appliances. Troubleshoots compute system and device issues and documents resolution. Supports architects in design, development, and testing of compute system changes.
Secret Clearance required Certifications required include CCNA Security, CySA+, GSEC, Security + CE, SSCP, Microsoft MCITP, CCNA or equivalent
