  • Configure and Setup Cloud Environment
  • Allow users to create accounts and self-authenticate
  • Develop a Business Process Workflow for review and approval of UAS Flight Restrictions (Alfresco experience preferred)
  • Develop web based forms to capture and edit data from applicants and general public
  • Develop automated testing scripts
  • Create functions to interact with back-end database
  • Leverage Geospatial software through APIs
  • Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures
  • Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations and designing and implementing systems
  • Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes
  • Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs
  • Investigating and using new technologies where relevant
  • A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions
  • Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and debugging a large codebase
  • Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Experience with either tools would be preferred :

  • Alfresco
  • OKTA
  • MyAccess
  • Smarty Street

Experience with following languages would be preferred:

  • Javascript
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • Python
  • Django

Requires bachelor's degree and at least 2 year's of software engineer experience.
