  • Analyzes specific problems or aspects of NOF logistics, AISs and Software working with applicable files, reports and interfacing with activity personnel.

    Assists with the completion of logistics tasks.

    Assists with the tasks that support demand forecasting, distribution planning, supply chain modeling and design.

    Assists with resolving supplier quality issues and provides appropriate support for desired supplier capability.

    Assists with the task that support process improvements, inventory reductions, and cost savings.

    Assists with the writing or editing of logistics policies and procedures.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Shall possess an Associate Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline

    The Junior Logistics Analyst shall have three years of experience in Navy logistics AISs.

    As a substitute for the above education requirements, Junior Logistics Analyst must have one year of experience in Navy logistics AIS management for each year of college education. Education equivalency experience is in addition to the minimum experience of the labor category.
