We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work with a Centralized and Consolidated Billing Team for our large federal customer in Quantico, VA. Candidates must possess an Active Top Secret Clearance and be able to pass a CI Poly.
Functions / Responsibilities:
The Contractor shall support the customer and act as a hub of a billing team with the technical personnel resources to support the receipt, review, and reconciliation, of carrier charges. Required support includes but is not limited to:
Entry of billing data into provided Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Minimum (3) years’ experience in the use of Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet based application software.
Review and entry of billing costs from Telecommunications Service Providers into spreadsheets (Excel) and databases (MS Access /MS- SQL).
Validation of charges against Field Office submitted Tasking documents, verifying costs reflect requested services, to include start and termination service dates.
Reconciliation of disputed charges with various carriers and identification of correct charges.
Responsibilities will include close attention to detail and a quick learner who can adapt to a fast pace of data entry.
Qualifications: B.S./B.A. degree in Business Management (or related field) and five (5) years experience in business.
