Manages the workflow of continuously changing priorities, schedules and action items. Screen emails, phone calls, visitors and maintain appointment calendar for senior-level executive officer, while resolving conflicts with discretion, forethought and tactfulness. Position requires good communication skills and the ability to present clear and concise information in both written and verbal formats, to include creating and responding to administrative correspondences; and maintaining internal communication media. AA has autonomy to use good judgement to manage Principals calendar, coordinate meetings, prepare materials, interacting with all levels of Leadership/Team Members both Staff and Contractors from a variety of organizations. Team oriented environment that requires good communication skills. Handles sensitive information with discretion. AA sits at the entrance to the vault and is responsible for receiving and handling visitors to the office. Current work hours 7:30 AM -4:00 PM, normal work hours. Physical requirements: Light lifting (approximately 20 lbs.); flexibility to sit or stand and walking. No TDY/Travel; Occasional travel to local Sponsor buildings.
