Provide support services for Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific Code 535 software engineering work / engineering services for test systems software engineering, management, development, test, and integration support for Multi-Link System Test and Training Tool (MLST3) software to ensure interfacing Navy, Joint Service, and Allied Nations air, surface, subsurface and land Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems are interoperable. Support includes continue development of the MLST3 software that provides the capability to test tactical data links LINK 16, JREAP (A, B, C), Satellite Tactical Data Information Link – J Series, Link 11, and Link 22.
