The Software Developer provides the following support:

  • Works as a part of an Agile software team utilizing the Scrum framework, providing secure and efficient code to turn customer vision into reality.
  • Performs technical troubleshooting to find and resolve application defects.
  • Provides complex input to assist in solving engineering problems in the supported functional area.
  • Provides functional analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of software systems, including application software, utility software, development software, and diagnostic software.
  • Creates and updates Automated Test procedures for both new and existing application functionality.
  • Participates in code reviews with junior developers to facilitate transfer of knowledge across teams.
  • Utilizes work-tracking software such as Team Foundation Server (TFS), Azure DevOps (ADO), or JIRA to assist in team workflow planning.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline and 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in one or more of the following languages/platforms; C#, Classic ASP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Microsoft SSIS/SSAS/SSRS, SQL, SQL Server Database, and VB.NET,
  • Experience with Agile Software Development Methodology, specifically SCRUM and KANBAN frameworks.
  • Security Clearance – Secret (active within the past two calendar years)
