The AA will have limited autonomy. That said, the AA will be surrounded by colleagues who can lend support or give advice as needed. Initially, the AA will work with other AAs to learn the position-specific "how to's. Once up to speed, the AA will be expected to show initiative, manage their portfolio, provide lessons learns, suggestions for process improvement, and actively work to meet monthly goals. The job requires constant interaction with staff and contract personnel. The AA will communicate via email, Same Time, VTC and telephone. The AA will manage the recovery of Federal Affiliate Common Access Cards (FCAC) from officers across the Sponsor Organization, a high-visibility effort. The AA must be professional and articulate in dealing with all levels of personnel, and diligent in their recovery efforts. Occasionally, the AA will be asked to travel to other WMA locations during the work day. There is also limited opportunity for the AA to travel domestically, outside the WMA, in support of the program. AA must be willing to show initiative in tracking down expired FCACs in a professional and timely manner and report progress on a regular basis. The AA must have basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite. MS Outlook and Same Time will be used heavily to communicate with CONUS and OCONUS officers. In addition, The AA will use several Customer specific systems and a DoD system. Customer will train AA on use of these systems. Prior Sponsor Organization experience is not necessary, but would be useful for quick acclimation to the work.
