Traditional, Core Hours 9-4: The AA 3 is a singleton position and assigned to the Academy will provide a full range of executive, front office administrative support to a diverse management team, to include the Dean and Associate Dean of the Academy, the Chief of Staff, and 4-5 additional Division Directors/Deputy Directors. The nature of the position demands a high degree of autonomy to support and fulfill work requirements in the Academy. Support provided to the Academy will include variety of executive administrative duties associated with a wide range of activities and involve partnering with professionals from across the Sponsor Organization. This assignment requires extensive knowledge of, or willingness to learn, Sponsor administrative processes and procedures. In addition, the AA3 will be required to: communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, grammatically correct, and concise manner; maintain effective working relationships with the Academy Team and mission partners; adapt to changing work requirements and priorities; learn and perform routine tasks; work independently and as part of a team, with minimal oversight. The AA should have Basic Skill with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel. Proficiency in, or willingness to learn and use, the following applications: SharePoint, Sponsor Vault Access System, Sponsor Travel Systems, Sponsor; Access Request System, Sponsor Supply system, Sponsor Procurement System, Sponsor Training System and Sponsor Time System. Prior Sponsor experience and a working knowledge of the Sponsor's internal computer environment, is desired.
