XVIII ABC hub and spokes MTCs provides collective training and individual sustainment on Army Mission Command Systems, using a variety of tools and Army fielded systems. These systems are used to support small unit; Squads through Company, Medium unit; Battalion through Brigade and Large Unit; Divisions and Corps in training environments ranging from Stability and Support Operations (SSO) through Unified Land Operations. (ULO).
How the TRAINING INTEGRATION LEAD Will Make an Impact
Directs and synchronizes Individual and Collective Training activities.
Manages the delivery of Mission Command training based on course and exercise plans through coordination with unit and government leadership.
Manages the ongoing operations and futures developments of the Training Division.
Maintains complete understanding and expert application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
Responsible for the professional development and certification of trainers and instructors.
Responsible for cross branch coordination during Event / Exercise management process.
Responsible for team compliance with GDIT and TMTC policies.
Performs duties as the Assistant Site Manager as required by the Site Manager
Supports Unit Commander’s Training Objectives by developing training methods and materials such as curriculum, lectures, and computer-based training aids based on consultation with client / user specifications.
Leads the development of TSP training products that include comprehensive operational procedures for an integrated federation of MC systems and simulation / stimulation systems. These products include but are not limited to Programs of Instruction (POI) and Sequences of Instruction (SOI), Capability Documents (CD), Integration Support Documents (ISD) and Event Lifecycle Management (ELM) materials.
Coordinates Event / Exercise management process (planning, preparation, execution and recovery, AAR).
Leads consultation with users to design, create, and configure systems to meet their training requirements.
Manages the development of training environments that are unique to unit training requirements.
Designs the integration of requisite Live, Virtual, Constructive, Gaming and Mission Command (LVCG+MC) within training environments.
Manages the delivery of small, medium and large collective training events / exercises in accordance with the established MTC training program.
Leads internal AARs upon completion of training
Submits required training reports on time
Directs and monitors the ongoing upgrade/adopt process and execution of Operational Readiness Tests (ORT).
Manages efforts to configure, test, validate and document the integration requirements for LVCG+MC capabilities.
Provides technical risk mitigation throughout the MTC systems’ architecture by ensuring compliance with configuration management procedural guidance.
Provides guidance for training, integration and simulation/stimulation support within the following Functional Areas:
Command and Control
Develops and directs the Professional Development and Certification Program (PDCP). Assists with the certification of personnel.
Ensures compliance of all training personnel
Provides reports in a timely manner
Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required to support customer requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCED:
Education: BA/BS degree
Experience: 15+ years of related experience supporting military operations required
Security Clearance: Current SECRET required
Skills and Abilities: Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the development and delivery of training programs. Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills. MC systems proficiency preferred.
Location: Customer Site (Fort Drum MTC). May require occasional travel (less than 10%)
Duty day: Normal work schedule is 0730-1600, may require night or weekend work shifts depending on specific training event requirements
