The AA will directly support the Executive Officer (EXO), performing tasks such as support to the Enterprise Corporate Learning Board (CLB), Enterprise Bi-weekly meetings with TC leadership, and the Enterprise participation at the Center Senior Leadership Team by scheduling agenda items, integrating inputs from Enterprise schools, sending agendas, supporting the CLB meeting (controlling slide presentations), disseminating slides, and capturing meeting minutes. Duties vary by meeting. Provide assistance on Action Tracking and responsible for the dissemination and information gathering for recurring actions. Ad Hoc spreadsheet and other projects and taskings as necessary. Strong verbal and written skills are necessary. The AA will serve as back up to EXO and front office administrative support staff. Hours of work are negotiable with standard business hours and work is conducted in customer spaces. Core hours are 0900-1500; the AA should arrive no earlier than 6:30am and depart no later than 6:00pm. This is full lime position with the expectation of 1860 work hours per year. As this is a position within a Front Office setting, appropriate dress and professional demeanor is expected.
